🕒 How long does it take to process an order?

All orders are processed within 1–3 business days (excluding weekends and holidays) after receiving your order confirmation email.
Once your order ships, you’ll receive a tracking email. Orders placed after 11:30 AM EST on Fridays or over the weekend will begin processing on the following Monday.

 



🚚 How long should I expect to wait for my order?

Shipping times do not include the 1–3 day processing window.

U.S. Shipping:

  • FREE Standard Shipping on orders over $70
    • Delivered in 5–8 business days
  • Flat Rate Shipping on orders under $70
    • $7.50 flat rate | Delivered in 5–8 business days
  • Express Shipping (for all order sizes)
    • $20 flat rate for orders under $120.00 | Delivered in 2–3 business days
    • $25 flat rate for orders over $120.00 | Delivered in 2–3 business days

International Shipping:

  • Delivery: 12–15 business days (after processing)
  • Rates: Calculated at checkout based on your destination

We ship to a select number of international destinations. VAT and duties may apply depending on your country’s regulations. You may be required to pay additional taxes or fees upon delivery. We are not responsible for these charges.

 



📬 How do I check the status of my order?

Once your order ships, you'll receive a shipping confirmation with tracking info.
Please allow 1–3 business days for tracking to update.

If you haven’t received your U.S. order within 8 business days of shipment, email us at hello@itsbido.com with your name and order number.

We offer a 100% money-back guarantee on your first 15-pack.
If you’re not satisfied, email hello@itsbido.com within 15 days of receiving your order.

Include your full name, email used for the order, order number, and reason for the refund.

  • Only valid on one 15-pack per household
  • Larger orders must follow our standard return policy below

We reserve the right to refuse or limit refunds to prevent misuse.

📦 Returns (Standard Policy)

For sanitary reasons, returned items must be:

  • Unopened
  • Unused
  • In original packaging

Returns must be initiated within 15 days of delivery.
Shipping costs are non-refundable and must be paid by the customer.

💳 Refunds

Once your return is received and inspected:

  • We’ll notify you of approval or rejection via email
  • If approved, refunds will be issued to your original payment method within 7 business days

 



🌍 Taxes & Duties on International Orders

Applicable taxes and duties are calculated at checkout.
Some countries may charge additional fees upon delivery — these are the customer’s responsibility. By placing an order, you agree to accept any such charges.

 



❌ Can I cancel my order?

If you placed an order by mistake, email us at hello@itsbido.com right away.
We’ll try our best to cancel it before it’s processed.

If the order has already shipped:

  • You may return it within 30 days of purchase
  • The item must be unopened, unused, and in original packaging
  • Opened packages are not eligible for return or refund
