To request your refund:

  • Email hello@itsbido.com within 21 days of receiving your order
  • Include the following:
    • Full name
    • Email used to place the order
    • Order number
    • Reason for your request

Note: This guarantee is valid for one 15-pack per household. Orders larger than a 15-pack are not covered under this guarantee and must follow our return policy below to be eligible for a refund.

To protect against abuse, we reserve the right to refuse or limit refunds at our sole discretion.

 


🔁 RETURNS

We’ll do our best to accommodate changes before your order ships. However, once an order is in processing, we’re unable to cancel or modify it.

Returns are only accepted for unopened, unused products in their original packaging. For sanitary reasons, we cannot accept returns on opened items.

To be eligible for a return:

  • You must contact us within 21 days of receiving your order
  • You must include a receipt or proof of purchase
  • You are responsible for return shipping costs
