Where is bido manufactured?

bido is made in an FDA-registered, cGMP-certified and allergen-free facility in the United States. We’ve carefully selected one of the best manufacturers for this type of product.

Everything is packaged following current Good Manufacturing Practice (cGMP).

Do you quality control your products?

Our production process is based on building quality into our product at each step of manufacturing. Quality control is not a backroom activity for us. We have quality control inspectors on the production floor actively monitoring each step of the production process.

This ensures that you have a finished beverage that meets all its specifications and is shelf stable for 24 months.

Where do you source your ingredients from?

We source domestically and internationally to find the best ingredients from around the world.

Does bido expire?

Every bido shot goes through pasteurization and filling process that gives it a 24-month shelf life under ambient storage.

You can find the expiration date on the bottom of your bottle.

Does it have to be refrigerated?

While bido is best enjoyed chilled, it does not have to be refrigerated.

Is bido regulated by the FDA?

Bido is FDA-compliant and is manufactured in a FDA-registered facility. Since bido is a dietary supplement, it does not fall under the purview of the FDA.

As of 2007, FDA has issued a final rule establishing requirements for the production of dietary supplements to adhere to the Good Manufacturing Practices standard. Specifically this rule:

Requires certain activities in manufacturing, packaging, labeling and holding of dietary supplements to ensure that a dietary supplement contains what it is labeled to contain and is not contaminated with harmful or undesirable substances such as pesticides, heavy metals, or other impurities.

Requires certain activities that will ensure the identity, purity, quality, strength, and composition of dietary supplements, which is a significant step in assuring consumers they are purchasing the type and amount of ingredients declared.

Are the bottles recyclable?

Yes, of course. Our bottles are made from PET plastic.

PET has rapidly become the world's preferred packaging material because it's fully recyclable and approved by the FDA.

ORDERS, SHIPPING AND RETURNS

What is your return and refund policy?

Our policy lasts 30 days. If 30 days have gone by since your purchase, unfortunately we can’t offer you a refund.

Returns:

For sanitary reasons, to be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it: unopened, unused, and in its original packaging.

To complete your return, you will need to send the product back to us with a receipt or proof of purchase.

Please mail your product and applicable paperwork to: Bido. 1395 Brickell Ave., Ste 818, Miami, FL, 33131.

You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item.

Shipping costs are non-refundable.

Refunds:

Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.

If you are approved, then your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment, within 14 business days.

Do you ship internationally?

Yes, we ship to over 200 countries across the globe.

I placed an order by accident, how can I cancel it?

If you placed an order by mistake, please contact us at hello@itsbido.com to resolve the issue. We will try our best to cancel the order before it enters the processing phase. If the order ships, you will need to return it to us within 30 days. In order to receive a refund, your package must be unopened, unused, in its original packaging and returned within 30 days of purchase. Opened packages are not eligible for returns.

Do you ship orders to the UK & EU? If so, how will orders be shipped?

Yes, we ship to the UK & EU. To get your order to you, we've partnered with Passport Shipping and they will be the Seller for all orders to the UK for orders under £135 and orders to the EU for orders €150 and Under.

Do you offer a subscription service?

Yes, we do.

Subscribe to a 12-pack or more and automatically save additional 15% each month.

Can I buy bido without a subscription?

Yes. However we highly recommend you subscribe to bido as it will save you money.

You can modify, skip a month or cancel your subscription at anytime.

If you’d prefer to try bido before subscribing, we have one-time purchases available in the shop.

Should I subscribe if I’ve never tried bido before?

It’s your decision, but when you subscribe you’ll also save an extra 15% on your order.

If you cancel before the second shipment, we'll charge the difference between the regular and subscription prices to your card on file.

How do I modify, skip, or cancel my subscription at anytime?

You may modify, skip a month, or cancel your subscription at anytime by logging into your account, where you can easily self-manage your subscription.

If you want this change to take effect before your next shipment leaves, you need to let us know within 48 hours before your next shipment is sent by logging in to your account page.

How to change upcoming order date?

1. From the homepage, select the Account Management Icon or click here.
2. Log in to the account that has the active subscription.
3. Select My Subscriptions.
4. Under Active subscriptions, select Edit future orders under the product that you would like to adjust the order date for.
5. Select the order text and choose a desired order date.
6. Select Only update next order date or Update all future orders based on selected date.
7. Select Save Changes.

How to pause/resume your subscription?

1. From the homepage, select the Account Management Icon or click here.
2. Log in to the account that has the active subscription.
3. Select My Subscriptions.
4. Select Show details under the subscription that you would like to pause.
5. Select Manage upcoming orders.
6. Select Pause Future Orders.

If a customer would like to resume a subscription, this can be done by selecting Resume future orders near the top of the subscription details.

How to change product quantity?

1. From the homepage, select the Account Management Icon or click here.
2. Log in to the account that has the active subscription.
3. Select My Subscriptions.
4. Select Show details under the subscription you would like to increase or decrease the quantity for a product.
5. Select Edit next to Products in my subscription.
6. Adjust the quantity to the desired amount for each product that is in the existing subscription.
7. Select Save.

How to cancel/reactivate your subscription?

1. From the homepage, select the Account Management Icon or click here.
2. Log in to the account that has the active subscription.
3. Select My Subscriptions.
4. Select Show details under the subscription that needs to be cancelled.
5. Select Cancel Subscription three times.
6. Choose a cancellation reason.
7. Select Confirm.

If a customer needs to reactivate a subscription, this can be done in the Customer Portal by selecting View Inactive Subscriptions at the bottom of the page, then selecting Reactivate Subscription > Yes, Reactivate Subscription under the subscription that you would like to reactivate.

How to update existing subscription account info (first name, last name, email address, phone number)?

1. From the homepage, select the Account Management Icon or click here.
2. Log in to an account that has an active subscription.
3. Select My Subscriptions.
4. Near the top of the page under My account info, make the necessary adjustments.
5. Select Save Changes.

If a customer changes the email address on the Customer Portal, the user must use the new email address to log into the account going forward on your storefront.

How to update payment method/billing address?

1. From the homepage, select the Account Management Icon or click here.
2. Log in to the account that has the active subscription.
3. Select My Subscriptions.
4. Select Show details under the subscription you would like to update the payment method or billing address for.
5. Select Payment information.
6. Select Change Payment Information.
7. Check the email that is registered to the subscription account. If you are having issues receiving the email, please check your spam and junk folders.
8. Open the email titled Edit your payment details and select Edit payment details button within the email.
9. Select Change.
10. Enter the new payment credentials.
11. Under Billing address, update the billing address that matches your new credentials.
12. Select Update card.

Once the payment credentials have been saved, the new credentials will be used on the next upcoming recurring order interval.

How to skip/resume an order?

1. From the homepage, select the Account Management Icon or click here.
2. Log in to the account that has the active subscription.
3. Select My Subscriptions.
4. Select Show details under the subscription that you would like to skip a future order for.
5. Select Manage upcoming orders.
6. Select Skip shipment beside the upcoming order that you would like to skip.

If a subscription has an order that was skipped that needs to be reversed, you can follow steps 1-6 and select Recover shipment to reverse the change that was made earlier.
